Q: I can’t set up the aCPsy EQ2 mini to work on the Nicehash pool, the miner is constantly rebooting. What could be the problem?
A: The problem with working on the Nicehash pool was fixed in the latest firmware v.1.2. The firmware is available for download in the "Downloads" section. Attention! Read the instructions before updating the firmware on your device.

Q .: Why do other sites sell aCPsy Bk4 and aCPsy EQ2-mini miners at a price lower than your?
A .: You can buy the aCPsy Bk4 and aCPsy EQ2-mini miners with full warranty only on the sites listed below: acpsy.com. Other sites can’t give you a full manufacturer warranty. As cases with fraudulent sites become frequent, be careful!

Q: How can I take the device under warranty?
A .: Write a letter to [email protected] describing the problem that has arisen. We'll contact you and try to solve the problem remotely. If the problem can’t be solved this way, then it is necessary to send the device to us, then we will either replace the device with a new one or repair it.

Q: Is the ASIC power supply included?
A: No, you can purchase the power supply separately, or use any one according to the device specification. For the aCPsy Bk4 model, no additional power supply is required, this model has a built-in power supply.

Q: I can’t add more than 10 devices to the cart.
A: We’ve set a limit of 10 devices per order. This is due to the complexity of calculating the cost of delivery. If you want to order more than 10 devices, then write a letter (no particular form is required) to [email protected]

Q: Are there the certificates for the aCPsy Bk4 miner?

Q: When my paid order status changed to "Shipped”, how can I find out the track number?
A: Track number will be automatically sent to your e-mail specified when ordering. Check the mail or contact support team, we will send you a track number.

Q: Can I change the delivery address and the name of the order recipient?
A: The delivery address can be changed if you have already paid the order and if the order has not yet been sent. Change of address is recently possible in the profile, or you can contact support team. If the order is not paid yet, then the address change is possible only through the support service. Please note, we do not guarantee the change of address if the order is not paid.

Q: Is it possible to refuse the order and get a refund the order before it is sent?
A: This issue is decided solely on an individual basis. Contact our support team.

Q: Can I pay for the order in parts?
A: No, the bill must be paid in full otherwise we do not guarantee the reserve of devices for you. If you partially paid the order and at the same time all the devices are already sold, then we will refund your money. Please note the funds are returned in the currency in which you made the payment.

Q: Can I pay for an order in another crypto currency (except for BTC, BCH, LTC)?
A: The order can be paid only in the currency: USD (bank transfer on the invoice), Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin.
